Terms and Conditions Our Terms and
Conditions are pretty much the standard ones that all lay services use:
- You must be over the age of 18 to use our
service
- Whilst we make every endeavour to provide
successful lay selections, we cannot be held responsible should this not
occur. Past results should not be taken as a prediction of probable
future results. You should never bet with money that you cannot afford
to totally lose.
- Selection will be posted in the Members' Area of
the website usually before 11.30am. We are not responsible for
any delays that may occur. Selections are not made on all racing days
- Our selections are provided for your sole,
personal use only. If we discover that you are passing, or selling, our
information onto third-parties then we will be forced to terminate your
subscription with immediate effect & there will be no rebate of any
unused subscription. Please note that we use several sophisticated
techniques for identifying people who not only copy our selections but
also the copyrighted text & videos from our sites. We take such theft &
plagiarism very seriously and will take whatever action is necessary to
deal with such violations of our intellectual property rights.
- We reserve the right to terminate the service at
any time and solely at our discretion. In the event of this happening,
we will repay the proportional amount of unused subscription to your
PayPal account.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. If
you do so, then we will continue to allow you access to the selections upto the end of
your period of subscription.
